Agreement
The Local Spot (“we,” “us”) provides a local business directory and optional landing pages for merchants. By using our website, claiming a space, or submitting information through a merchant page, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Directory & listings
Listings may require approval before appearing in the public directory. Individual businesses are responsible for their own offerings, hours, and compliance with law. Merchant pages are operated by those businesses; The Local Spot hosts the software only.
Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information when claiming a listing or submitting forms. Misleading information may result in removal or rejection of a listing.
Limitation of liability
The Local Spot is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the directory or any merchant page. Fitness, wellness, food service, and other activities carry inherent risks; patrons use merchant services at their own discretion.
