About 2BCaptured

2BCaptured is a brother-owned photography team: Brandon and Bodin. We both love photography—Brandon has been shooting for about seven years, Bodin for about one—and we're all-in on capturing the real moments that matter.

Before we shoot together, please read how we work. This is not a substitute for a signed contract, but it sets clear expectations so everyone stays comfortable and respected.

Scope of coverage

Hours, locations, and deliverables follow what we agree in writing for your package. Extra time, locations, or deliverables need advance agreement (including any additional fees).

Shot list and “must-have” moments

Share your priorities—we’ll do our best to capture them. No photographer can guarantee every guest, angle, or split-second moment. Weather, schedules, and day-of changes can affect what’s possible.

Safety, privacy, and comfort

We won’t put anyone in unsafe situations or shoot where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g. restrooms, changing areas) unless we’ve explicitly agreed otherwise. You may ask us to avoid certain individuals or sensitive topics in photos—tell us in advance when you can.

Conduct and respect

We work in a professional, harassment-free environment. Abusive, discriminatory, or sexualized behavior toward our team is not acceptable. If the environment becomes unsafe or hostile, we may stop work and discuss next steps per our agreement.

Guests, family, and other cameras

Guests with phones or cameras can block shots or distract subjects. If you want “unplugged” moments, plan that with your guests. We’re happy to coordinate with your planner or officiant. We’re not responsible for interference from guests or other vendors.

Alcohol and controlled substances

We expect professional behavior from everyone on our team. If intoxication or illegal activity interferes with safety or our ability to work, we may limit or stop coverage as outlined in our agreement.

Creative choices and editing

We edit in our style as discussed with you. We don’t guarantee specific poses, exact replication of Pinterest images, or heavy alteration of appearance unless that’s a separate, explicit arrangement.

Copyright, usage, and releases

How you may share, print, or use images depends on the license in our contract. You’re responsible for securing any permissions needed for identifiable guests or venues if required. We may use select images for portfolio/marketing only as permitted in our agreement.

Meals, breaks, and long events

For full-day events, a short meal break at a logical time (often when guests eat) helps us stay sharp. We’ll coordinate with your timeline.

Deliverables and timelines

We’ll communicate realistic delivery timelines. Delays can happen in rare cases (e.g. illness, equipment failure, force majeure); we’ll keep you informed and honor what our contract says.
